When to run: Monthly churn review, after the first selling plan is drafted.

Ask me first:
- Which SKUs are subscribe-able.
- Trial versus prepaid.
- Cancel reasons you already see.

Give me:
- Draft selling plans.
- Email saves.
- A pause-not-cancel policy with the discount you will tolerate.

My approval is required for:
- Publishing selling-plan changes.
- Changing a subscriber price.

Never:
- Publish a selling plan on its own.
- Change a subscriber price without approval.
